The garage unit is asked to work in temperatures it was never rated for and quits in the first hard cold snap.
It is worth mentioning all of it when you book. Two units in one visit is a better afternoon for everybody than two visits.

Interior lighting was staying on with the door shut, which was slowly warming the whole cabinet and lifting the labels. A failed reed switch in the frame. He fitted a new one, checked both zones against a thermometer, and put every rack back where it was.

Concierge building on Commonwealth Avenue, so he rang ahead to be signed in and was upstairs on time. The ice maker had stopped filling because a saddle valve tucked behind the cabinet had corroded shut. He replaced it and the bin filled straight off.
